Oblong

Oblong has very wide and generous proportions. The massive letters become standalone objects that can be mounted on roofs and walls. An exceptional coherence between text and architecture is achieved. Strictly speaking it is not a monospaced typeface, yet the proportions of the characters were adjusted to facilitate the spacing of the letters. Attachment points are calculated in the design of its characters. The square areas in corners and stroke endings are ideally suited for this function, providing solutions for various fixation methods.
