Radius

The all-caps Radius was specifically designed to be routed. It was drawn using only horizontals, verticals, and diagonals at a 45° angle. All internal and external corners are rounded, and every single one of them has the same identical radius. This serves two purposes. When routing the character shapes can all be cut out with one single router. As there is no need to switch to a different size during the routing process this increases the speed of execution. When laser cutting the letters can be cut out at a constant speed. This minimizes the risk of burning the corners.
