To celebrate the renovation of the Princes Margaret Canal from Friesland all the way down to the Isle Meer, artists were paired up with poets and commissioned to create a readable piece for the salers along the canal. Knip was matched with Tsead Bruinja.

Using the poetry of Tsead, René designed an iron frame with an architectural type design that was easy to read from a distance.
